New Hire Enrollment

New hires are eligible to participate in the Knight Transportation benefits program effective on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment. You must complete your new hire enrollment by your 60th day of employment. You will receive enrollment information at your personal email address on file shortly after your start date.

There are two ways to complete your new hire enrollment:

  1. Enroll Online:  Visit https://www.benselect.com/KnightTransportation to complete your enrollment online. Your Username and P*IN are as follows:

    • Username:  Your 9-digit Social Security Number [SSN] (no dashes)​

    • PIN:  The last 4 digits of your SSN + the last 2 digits of your birth year (example:  if your SSN is 123-45-6789 and your birth year is 1990, your PIN is 678990)

  2. Enroll by Phone:  Contact the Knight Transportation Enrollment Center at 844-564-4482 to speak with a benefits educator who can assist with your enrollment. The Education Center is open Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Central Time.  If you are unable to reach someone, please leave a voicemail and an educator will be in touch as soon as possible.

If you do not complete your enrollment by your 60th day of employment, the next opportunity to enroll will be during the Annual Open Enrollment period (October), unless you experience a qualified life event. More information about qualified life events can be found in the Employee Benefits Guide.

Note:  All employees are automatically enrolled in the Knight Transportation 401(k) Plan at a 3% pre-tax contribution at their 90th day of employment. The 90-day period includes past employment with Knight or participating Knight-Swift subsidiaries. If you have questions or would like to change your contribution, contact Principal at 800-547-7754.
