New Hire Enrollment
New hires are eligible to participate in the Knight Transportation benefits program effective on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment. You must complete your new hire enrollment by your 60th day of employment. You will receive enrollment information at your personal email address on file shortly after your start date.

There are two ways to complete your new hire enrollment:

Enroll Online: Visit https://www.benselect.com/KnightTransportation to complete your enrollment online. Your Username and P*IN are as follows:

Username: Your 9-digit Social Security Number [SSN] (no dashes)​

PIN: The last 4 digits of your SSN + the last 2 digits of your birth year (example: if your SSN is 123-45-6789 and your birth year is 1990, your PIN is 678990)

You may schedule a convenient time to receive a call from a benefit counselor to discuss your benefit options, ask questions, or enroll.

If you do not complete your enrollment by your 60th day of employment, the next opportunity to enroll will be during the Annual Open Enrollment period (October), unless you experience a qualified life event. More information about qualified life events can be found in the Employee Benefits Guide.

Note: Employees are eligible for the Knight Transportation 401(k) Plan on their 90th day of employment. The 90-day period includes past employment with Knight or participating Knight-Swift subsidiaries. If you have questions or would like to enroll, contact Principal at 800-547-7754.
