Trainers will earn $200 per week in trainer pay.
MILEAGE PAY
All Dispatched
Miles
Trainers will be paid all dispatched miles while their trainee is on their truck.
BONUS PAY
Trainers earn Matching Bonus for all production & safety bonuses their graduated trainees earn in their 1st 12 months of employment.

Strong Netradyne Score (850+)
No misuse of HOS
Experience Matters
Minimum of 30 days with Knight (for experienced driver hires)
At least 60,000 solo miles
Completion of one winter OTR season
Meet company fuel expectations of 6.70 MPG or better
Professionalism
Strong communication skills
Commitment to train 6-7 trainees per year
Completion of Train the Trainer Certification Course
