Trainers will earn $200 per week in trainer pay.
MILEAGE PAY
All Dispatched
Miles
Trainers will be paid all dispatched miles while their trainee is on their truck.
BONUS PAY
Trainers earn Matching Bonus for all production & safety bonuses their graduated trainees earn in their 1st 12 months of employment.

How do I be considered to become a Trainer?
Applicant must meet ALL the criteria below:
60,000 miles or 1-year solo experience
Willing to run over the road
Must meet company fuel expectations of 6.70 MPG or better
Zero non-communicated service failures
No more than 1 moving violation in the last year (no major moving violations)
No more than 1 preventable accident in the last year
Smart drive score 20 or below
Smith Systems Certification
Must be compliant with ELD Logs
No misuse of HOS (Improper PC, No UDL's, Proper use of On-Duty, Proper use of Sleeper Berth, etc.) Fueling On-Duty No Violations No Unassigned Trips Logged Pre-Trips/Valid Time Spent
No major CSA Violation in the last year
Must be up to date on all assigned Knight University trainings
Must complete Train the Trainer on Knight University
Qualified Trainers should possess the following characteristics:
A passion to teach and mentor new professional drivers
High level of communication
Empathy and genuine care for others
Customer service focused
Professional attitude and presentation
