MONTHLY PRODUCTION BONUS
EARN UP TO .04 CPM
In order to qualify for the production bonus, you must have an mpg of 6.6 or greater.
Requirements also include:
Completion of 1 online safety training course per month

SmartDrive score of 15 or lower

Must have 6,000 dispatched miles for the month or 10,800 dispatched team miles. Teams split bonus.

EARN AN EXTRA .01 CPM
MONTHLY SAFETY BONUS
.01 CPM driven in a month with no preventable accidents. Any preventable accident will disqualify a driver from the entire monthly bonus for that month and the next 2 months.
EARN AN EXTRA .01 CPM
MONTHLY FUEL BONUS
Add .01 Fuel component to the bonus based upon meeting MPG threshold. MPG threshold may be reset monthly to adjust for seasonal changes & will start at 7.20 MPG.
Must have at least 6,000 dispatched miles for the month to qualify for the fuel bonus.
PLUS .02 CPM MORE!
KICKER BONUS
Drivers who earn half the Production Bonus (by reaching Tier 2 or above) and qualify for the Safety and Fuel bonus will receive an extra .02 CPM!
CSA
Out-Of-Service violations disqualify drivers from the entire monthly bonus it was reported.
Monthly Bonus Payouts
Drivers' monthly bonus will be paid out on the closest pay period to the 15th of the following month.
Example: What a driver bonuses for the month of June will be paid on closest pay period to July 15.

Dispatched Loaded Miles represent Knight’s most current version of the Rand McNally Household Goods Carriers Bureau Mileage Guide (the “Bureau Miles”) from the shipment origin point, via any intermediate points for required pickups or deliveries, to the final delivery point. Dispatched Empty Miles are the Bureau Miles for an empty trip authorized and approved by Knight. Contact Knight Driver Payroll for more info.
