Tru Pay is not a raise but rather a pay band structure that gives drivers who are on the sliding mileage pay scale pay increases that are based on individual production.

Our goal with this pay band structure is to be as transparent as possible when it comes to how you are paid and how and when you reach an increase in your pay.

• Increases will no longer be late because they are automatic once drivers cross the threshold.

• Increases are totally in the drivers' control; they decide when they get an increase by their production.

• The more miles they drive, the faster they get to the threshold.

• On average, drivers drive 100K miles in 7-10 months.
