2026 Benefits

Happy New Year!

With the start of the year, it’s important to ensure your 2026 benefits are accurate.  Please review your Benefits Summary and upcoming paystub to confirm that everything is correct. 

Steps to view your Benefits Summary:

1. Go to www.benselect.com/KnightTransportation

2. Employee ID or Username: Enter your Social Security Number (SSN)

3. PIN: Enter the last 4 digits of your SSN plus the last two digits of your year of birth (6 digits total)

4. At the top, under My Benefits, select Benefits Summary

5. Review your benefit elections carefully

   
   

If you need to make a change, please contact Benefits@knighttrans.com by January 16^th.  After this date, changes can only be made during the next annual enrollment period or if you experience a qualifying life event.

Your 2026 benefits and rates will appear on your paycheck this week.  Please review your paystub to ensure everything looks correct.  All post-tax benefits (Life Insurance, Disability, Hospital Indemnity, Accident and Critical Illness) are combined on your paystub under VOLUNTARY POSTTX.  A detailed breakdown of these post-tax elections is available in your Benefits Summary. 

It’s also important to ensure your Life Insurance and 401(k) beneficiary information is up to date.  To update your Life Insurance beneficiaries, follow steps 1-3 above, then select Change my beneficiary in the blue box on the right-hand side.  401(k) beneficiaries can be updated at www.principal.com.
