A Look Inside Carlisle's Terminal Culture

A great terminal starts with great people. At Carlisle Terminal, a strong culture of support and connection helps drivers and employees thrive.

Recent highlights include the launch of a weekly “Question of the Week,” a fun initiative that encourages participation and gives drivers and team members a chance to learn more about one another. Carlisle also celebrated John Bartlett as June Driver of the Month and recognized Avery Burkes for reaching an impressive 100,000-mile milestone.

The terminal's monthly Third Thursday Potluck remains a favorite tradition, bringing drivers, office staff, and shop employees together to share a meal, strengthen relationships, and enjoy time with one another outside of the day-to-day routine.
