Summer is in full swing and while most of us enjoy spending time outside, it's important to be aware of the dangers the hot weather can pose.  

 

When the air temperature is the same or warmer than the body temperature, the body has a difficult time cooling off. This can lead to heat stress, which includes conditions like heat rashes, cramps, and even heat stroke.

But TM gets mad because we idle for a couple of hours at night , while we try to keep a environment to get a proper rest to continue working next day.
