Biometric Screenings Start 8/13 - Register Now!

It's that time of year again! If you're enrolled in our medical plan, don't forget to complete your biometric screening to stay on track for the 2026 plan year. Screenings completed after 8/1/2025 will count for both the 2025 and 2026 plan year.

Our first onsite screening kicks off Tuesday, August 13, 2025, and several locations will be hosting events this month.

All employees and covered spouses who are enrolled in our medical plan.

Walk-ins vs. Appointments

Walk-ins are welcome, but to avoid long wait times, we highly recommend registering in advance.

How to Register

Registering is quick and easy! Just follow the steps below:

Go to the Knight's US Wellness Site: https://uswellnessbrands.my.site.com/s/customregistrationpage?accId=0018c00002PZ9a1AAD
If you haven't already, create an account. Spouses will need their own separate account.
Log in and click the blue “Accept” button on the Home page to continue.
Click “Scheduling” in the top left corner. Then select the blue square under “In Person Appointment.”
Browse locations, then click the arrow next to your preferred site to choose a date and time that works for you.
