CVSA Brake Safety Week Reminder

CVSA Brake Safety Week kicked off this Sunday, August 25th, and will continue through August 31st.

This year, inspectors are particularly focusing on the state of brake linings and pads. To get ready, make sure to carry out a detailed pre-trip inspection, with special attention to your brake safety systems. Worn or damaged linings can increase stopping distances and elevate the risk of accidents. If your vehicle fails inspection, it could result in delays, being taken out of service, or even a reduced safety rating.
