  1. KT Mobile App: Use the "Feedback" button in the dropdown menu.

  2. QR Code: Scan the QR code on the digital screens that are available to submit your feedback anytime.

  3. Driver Hub: Visit the new 'Driver Feedback' section of Driver Resources on the Driver Hub:
