Final Onsite Biometric Screenings

There is one more opportunity for an onsite biometric screening this year on Wednesday, November 12 at several of our terminals. Screenings completed after 8/1/2025 will count for both the 2025 and 2026 plan year.

All employees and covered spouses who are enrolled in our medical plan.

How to Register

Registering is quick and easy! Just follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Knight's US Wellness Site: https://uswellnessbrands.my.site.com/s/customregistrationpage?accId=0018c00002PZ9a1AAD

2. IF you haven't already, create an account. Spouses will need their own separate account.

3. Log in and click the blue “Accept” button on the Home page to continue.

4. Click “Scheduling” in the top left corner. Then select the blue square under “In Person Appointment.”

   

5. Browse locations, then click the arrow next to your preferred site to choose a date and time that works for you.

   

Fasting Reminder

For accurate cholesterol and blood sugar results, please fast for 8 hours beforehand - water only.
