Important Announcement: PrePass Transponder Shutdown

Attention Drivers and Operations Teams,

This is an urgent reminder that all PrePass transponders will be deactivated very soon. To avoid any disruptions, all PrePass units must be switched out for Bestpass transponders no later than Friday, June 6. 

Why this matters:

• PrePass transponders will no longer function after the shutdown.

• Bestpass transponders will be required for uninterrupted travel.

What you need to do:

• If you haven't already switched to a Bestpass transponder, contact your terminal immediately to get one issued and installed.

• Do not delay!
