Knight Charities is proud to launch the Employee & Community Impact Program, a simple way for employees and drivers to support fellow team members and the communities we serve through bi-weekly automatic payroll contributions.


How Your Contribution Makes an Impact


Employee Impact Fund

Provides emergency financial assistance to Knight employees and contracted drivers in good standing who experience:

  • Medical emergency hardship

  • Death of an immediate family member

  • Natural disaster


Community Grants

Supports qualified 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations connected to the communities where we live and work.


Children’s Miracle Network (CMN)

Our ongoing commitment to CMN continues. If you currently donate to CMN, your contribution will automatically roll into the Knight Charities pool and continue supporting CMN.


Who Can Receive Support?


Employee Impact Eligibility

  • Active Knight employee or contracted driver in good standing

  • Experienced a qualifying hardship (medical emergency, immediate family loss, natural disaster)


Community Grant Eligibility

  • Verified 501(c)(3) non-profit

  • Specific event or donation opportunity


How to Enroll

Enrollment is quick and easy through payroll deduction.
