Does anyone else find it comical how many times Mr. David Tillman stated how they would like the drivers to operate at the speed limit. However, California is the only state drivers are able to operate at the speed limit on the highways. Considering Mr. David Tillman believes they have some of the best drivers in the industry, maybe an increase in speed will be considered to allow drivers to operate closer to speed limit on highways in majority of the states currently operating in. That would be greatly appreciated by the veteran drivers and a positive roll out to go along with this new system in aiding with good driver retention.
I've been here over 10 years I really like this company when I started and the night Brothers were in charge. I have seen a drastic decline in the way drivers are treated and the pay. I was one of the first ones to get the smart drive camera put in and I was lied to right from the start. When I found out they were taking points for the smart drive I said to my driver manager so you're using this against us he said oh no this is just for your benefit if an accident happens I'm like then why are you taking points he said this is just the way it works then I knew from the…
You guys keep finding new and better ways to screw everybody out of their safety bonus. You didn't say what the new score was going to be the old score was 25 you lowered it to 15. So now you're pointing us on speed traffic signs anything that AI can find. Law enforcements gives you normally five over on the speed limit but from what I just watched you're going to get us if we're over the speed limit, so if it's 55 you're getting a point us for 56 or 57 good luck with that in California. I think instead of finding ways to screw us you should give that money to the drivers as we definitely don't get…
If I'm going to be micro managed why not raise the speed to 70mph make it worth it because I could find another company that pays better and faster trucks with inward facing camera so why would I want to be micro managed and not get nothing out of it
Bluntly, the drivers have spoken, you VP pieces of Sh*t are bald faced liers. The cameras are inwards facing, and drivers your truck is now BUGGED your audio is being recorded. VPs understand there will be consequences for your decision on this matter. Sounds like a delicious lawsuit. FAFO!
