Starting Monday, October 20, we’re officially transitioning to Netradyne dash cameras across the fleet. Over 200 drivers are already using the system, and we’re excited to expand this upgrade.
Netradyne uses AI and machine vision to capture 100% of drive time—not just triggered events. It also recognizes and rewards safe driving, offering real-time coaching and tools to help drivers improve and get credit for good decisions.
Bonus Program Update:
New bonus score goal: 850+
In your transition month, you’ll automatically receive a bonus-eligible safety score to start strong.
Netradyne Resources:
We have added a Netradyne Section to the Driver Resources section of the Driver Hub. To view these Netradyne resources, visit here.
We know change isn’t always easy, but this system is designed to support you, not monitor you. If you have questions, reach out to your terminal manager or DDM.
Thanks for your continued commitment to safety.

What's the purpose of recording audio when an event goes off? How does it benefit knight at all? You guys did the same thing with the smart drive for several months and then turned off the audio because it provided absolutley no benefit. As you can see by all the comments there are many dissatisfied drivers. Why not work with them and compromise on something to keep them somewhat happy or ok with it?
So… spend millions on putting cameras in the trucks instead of giving drivers a pay increase? Great job.
I understand there are a lot of strong feelings about this transition, and I want to acknowledge that change—especially involving technology—can be uncomfortable.
This system is different than our current solution as it is about recognizing and rewarding the good habits that so many of our drivers already demonstrate every day. Unlike past systems that focused only on negative events, Netradyne gives credit for safe driving behaviors and provides real-time coaching to help drivers succeed.
This is the latest technology aimed at making us a safer, more supportive fleet, and we believe many drivers will come to appreciate it once they’ve had a chance to experience it firsthand.
If you have concerns or just want to talk more about it, I’m…
As a new driver whose barley making ends meet due to personal issues. I feel the company should use the money to pay drivers more and get better trucks. Then upgrade the cameras to AI talk about a Distraction.
If drivers have any questions or concerns regarding Netradyne, please reach out to our VP of Safety, Adam Johnson, and he will be happy to talk through any concerns. Email Adam at adam.johnson@knighttrans.com and he will set up a time to call you.
