Honestly, I view things a bit differently. It often feels like drivers are treated as just a five-digit number to the company, and posting nice messages for a single week doesn't change the underlying feeling that, after this week ends, no one truly cares. Furthermore, I disagree with describing us as a "family company," as that does not align with my experience here.Please note that this is strictly my personal opinion, but I felt it was important to share my honest viewpoint.
