I've watched a few episodes now and I've noticed you only bring on senior people. You should consider bringing on newer drivers and see what they think, and how the are adapting.
We need to have the driver spect the trl they keep dropping Bad tire no light working on trl at the customer we need to cut down driver don't give Damm about other driver I'm always fixing bad trl
