New Columbus Refrigerated Terminal Manager

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Steven Currie to his new role as terminal manager of our Columbus refrigerated business. 

Steven brings more than 21 years of experience as an over-the-road driver, providing him with invaluable insight into the challenges and opportunities our drivers face every day. His firsthand knowledge has allowed him to effectively support and develop others, contributing meaningfully to the success of our operations.

Since joining Knight Transportation in 2019 as a Driver Manager in our Memphis Dry division, Steven has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and a commitment to excellence. He went on to serve as Operations Manager for Columbus Dry for over three years, where he played a key role in driving performance and operational success. Most recently, Steven has been contributing to Knight Refrigerated as a Weekend Planner, continuing to make a positive impact on the business.

Steven is also deeply committed to his personal and professional growth. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and is currently nearing completion of both his MBA and Master of Human Resources degrees. Looking ahead, he aspires to further his education by pursuing a Juris Doctorate in Corporate Law.

Outside of work, Steven enjoys reading, woodworking, and bowling, and is actively involved in his community through volunteer efforts.
