New Electronic Tractor Interchange Form

We're officially moving from paper to digital! Beginning March 1, all Tractor Interchange Forms must be completed electronically anytime a driver is assigned a new truck. This is to be completed by the driver.

This new process improves visibility, ensures accurate documentation of tractor condition, and protects both our drivers and our equipment. Once Driver Managers assign a truck to a driver, a link to the Electronic Interchange Form will be texted to the driver's cell phone. The form should be completed by the driver within 2 hours.
