NEW KT Mobile Feature: Pre-Plan Notifications (Hands-Free!)

We have gone live with a new KT Mobile Pre-Plan Notification feature!
When driving in navigation mode, KT Mobile will now safely alert drivers when a new pre-plan is available. A brief pop-up will appear and the system will read the pre-plan details aloud so drivers can stay focused on the road.
Drivers will have the option to replay the message once, accept, or reject the pre-plan. If no action is taken, the pop-up will disappear after two minutes, and drivers can still review and respond to the pre-plan later in Messages.
This new feature helps drivers stay informed, responsive, and hands-free while they drive.




First week on and they changed my hours to operate and take me too far out. My app was local kroger gor April. I don't like sleeping in a loud truck that gets hot. I cant sleep! Waiting till April when it opens but not liking the routes I'm on. They seem to say they don't have a route to keep me in a more local route to even be home every other day. I was out all week!!! I don't think I like the job already!
I like this idea. Don’t get complaints from other drivers. Nothing has changed just added a little convenience. We need a raise though
Regarding the new communication process, personally, I’m perfectly fine with this enhancement if it operates how I understand it to operate.
I don’t require a phone call from my DM for every load but that’s just me. I do understand and respect the value that phone call is for others.
I also have developed a relationship with my DM and I believe we sort of know the routine. Obviously I had to do some training but he’s doing great now…lol.
In all seriousness, he still calls me but he doesn’t HAVE to call me immediately. I think we both communicate fairly well and frankly, he probably wouldn’t have to hardly call me at all except for unusual circumstances and vice…
I would prefer that Knight act in some way on the NUMEROUS (not yelling, emphasizing) suggestions that I have submitted over and over and over, instead of running to buy the newest AI Technology toys.
I have submitted what I believe is many substantive suggestions to enhance various aspects of the KT Mobile app and I don’t even get a message saying “thanks for your suggestion(s), however, due to XYZ reasons, they cannot be enacted at this time.
In the meantime, when I have a blowout on the highway in the middle of the night that also severed the fuel line for my reefer, I have to battle the completely useless Breakdown AI Voice for 10 minutes that kept trying…
We hear you — and we appreciate the honesty. A lot of drivers value the relationship with their Driver Manager, and that connection matters to us too.
To be clear, this feature is not AI, and it’s not replacing calls or conversations with your DM. Your Driver Manager is still your primary point of contact and always will be.
This was added simply as another option — a hands‑free way to know a pre‑plan is there while you’re driving, so you don’t miss it. You can still talk through details, ask questions, or make decisions the same way you always have.
