Based on the below does everyone start fresh in August regardless of preventable accidents that may have happened in June or July?

Program Changes

Effective 08/01/2026, the following provisions of the current Monthly Bonus Program will no longer apply:

- 6,000 minimum dispatched mile requirement

- 6.6 minimum MPG qualification requirement

- Separate Safety Bonus payment

- Kicker Bonus payment

- Three-month disqualification following a preventable accident or CSA violation

Yep so like to me no more kicker. I would rather get the 7cent raise.

The only one way to achieve this “ beautiful” bonus is to live in a truck entire month; no break downs, no home time, no slow downs. Cercus

Well you probably on some dedicated account with 34 reset on the weekends taking home. Try regular OTR go home every weekend and still make max bonuses

Why does your system tells me to slow down going downhill at 68 mph when speed limit is 70 mph.

Me personally I think this AI system is ridiculous

The trick here is the 900 score. Good luck. Oh yeah, don't take time off to visit your family, friends and take care of your home. Great recruitment tool. All sounds great. I've got an idea, why not give all the drivers a 7 cent raise.

Or see if the driver's would like the 12 cent bonus way or just a straight up raise in pay.
