Our next onsite biometric screening is coming up on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, with several locations hosting events that day.

Who should attend?

All employees and covered spouses who are enrolled in our medical plan.

Walk-ins vs. Appointments

Walk-ins are welcome, but to avoid long wait times, we highly recommend registering in advance.

How to Register

Registering is quick and easy! Just follow the steps below:

Go to the Knight's US Wellness Site: Knight.uswellness.com.
If you haven't already, create an account. Spouses will need their own separate account.
Log in and click the blue "Accept” button on the Home page to continue.
Click “Scheduling” in the top left corner. Then select the blue square under “In Person Appointment.”
Browse locations, then click the arrow next to the preferred site to choose a date and time that works for you.

Fasting Reminder

For accurate cholesterol and blood sugar results, please fast for 8 hours beforehand - water only.

Alternate Satisfaction Activity

If you or your spouse are unable to meet the health metrics needed to remove premium surcharges, you may qualify to have the surcharges removed by enrolling in Lifestyle Coaching through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona and completing three program calls. See page 12 of the Benefits Guide for details.
