Preplan Updates on KT Mobile

Knight Drivers,


The following KT Mobile Update goes into effect on Tuesday, June 2, 2026.


Preplan Notification:

  • "Reject" feature is being removed. Drivers will need to use normal forms of communication to inform leadership if they need to reject the Preplan.

  • "Close" feature is being added.  Drivers will now be able to "Close" the pop-up notification. When the close button is used, it only closes the pop-up and no communication regarding the load is sent.


Time Zone Correction:

  • Time Zone has been updated to the correct time zone that drivers will be in that matches AS400. Shows ETA & PTA.


Reasons for change:

  • Concerns that the pop-up notification interfered during navigation. Drivers preferred it to go away instead of selecting accept or reject.

  • Drivers prefer to review the load information before deciding to accept/reject.

  • This change will allow drivers to dismiss the pop-up, have time to review the preplan, and respond when ready.
