We've added a Virtual Red Tag button in KT Mobile to make it fast and easy to report trailers that need attention.
Drivers, please use this button if you find a Knight trailer that is NOT assigned to or attached to your tractor and appears to be lost, abandoned, damaged, or in a location where it shouldn't be.
This tool allows you to quickly alert the trailer team so the trailer can be located, inspected, repaired, or taken out of service if necessary.
You are our eyes and ears in the field. If you see it...report it using the Virtual Red Tag button in KT Mobile.
There is no red tag button in the kt mobile app for me
Driver never report trl mechanical probles you guys need to have knight driver to report damage trls you guys have nice service pickup to go to customer to repair the trl at customer property I always picjlkuo trl with mechanical problem I alway take it to phoenix shop to get repair and I don't get paid for my time and my 14 hrs running and I don't get paid $$$$$
