Upcoming KT Mobile Maintenance Notice

Drivers,

KT Mobile will be going under maintenance and will be unavailable on Sunday, October 4, 2026, from 1:00 AM EDT to 3:00 AM EDT.

During this time:

• Drivers should remain logged in to KT Mobile. If a driver logs out, they will not be able to log back in until maintenance is complete.

• Drivers will not be able to start new navigation routes during the maintenance window.

• Drivers currently using navigation before 1:00 AM EDT may continue receiving guidance, but routes will not recalculate if they miss a turn.

• Messages, forms, workflow actions, photos, and scanned documents will be stored on the device and sent automatically after maintenance ends.

• To prevent data loss, drivers who send messages, complete workflows, or scan documents after 1:00 AM EDT should stay logged in until maintenance is complete.

• Current load, payroll, truck, and message information will remain visible, but updates from the server will be unavailable during the maintenance window.

• Weather information may not display during this time.
