When we use correct terminology, we are helping ourselves!

Are you familiar with our in-cab technology and use the correct terminology when communicating with others? By understanding our in-cab technology and using the correct terminology, the communications between operations, our driving associates, and the mobilecomm team is much smoother, prevents miscommunication, and allow issues to be resolved quicker.

An example of this would be misusing terminology like "Zonar Messages" or "Zonar Tablet." There is no such thing as "Zonar Messages" or "Zonar Tablet". Messaging and most driver applications come via KT Mobile.

As we begin installing GeoTab (ELD) on more of our in-cab tablets, having clear communication is going to be vital. Please familiarize yourself with this graphic so we all have a good understanding of the technology the drivers are utilizing and the correct terminology to use when communicating with each other.
