Victor Guzman

Victor is from the Knight Shop in Phoenix, and is our 2025 Lead Technician of the Year! Over the past 15 years, Victor has built a legacy of teamwork, productivity, and excellence. After being the finalist for this award several times, he now earns the top spot - a true example of perseverance and professionalism.

KJ Bartholomew

KJ Bartholomew from the Knight Shop in Salt Lake City, UT, is our 2025 Technician of the Year! A graduate of the DATC diesel program even before finishing high school, KJ's passion for fixing trucks, attention to detail, and commitment to helping others grow has made a lasting impact on his team and shop.

Josh Dutcher

Josh Dutcher from the Knight Body Shop in Phoenix, is our 2025 Body Shop Technician of the Year! Josh made the switch from the automotive industry to the trucking world in 2023 and never looked back. He quickly adapted, tackled major repairs within just six weeks, and continues to sharpen his skills daily. His 140-mile round-trip commute each day is a testament to his incredible dedication.
