Drivewyze & Bestpass Roll Out Today!

We're upgrading our weigh station bypassing and toll transponders to Drivewyze and Bestpass, and we want to make sure you are informed and ready for the change.
Here's what's happening now:
The fleetwide rollout has begun.
Drivers should be receiving their new Bestpass transponders from their terminals and switching them out with their PrePass transponders.
Beginning April 28, all weigh station Bypassing notifications will be delivered via the Drivewyze app on drivers' tablets. Drivers should follow the installation instructions below for setting up Drivewyze on their tablets.
What's Next:
Bestpass transponders must be switched out by May 23 as PrePass transponders will be deactivated after this date.
What you need to do:
Familiarize yourself with the information below. The graphics below explain the benefits of Drivewyze and Bestpass, provide installation instructions, answer commonly asked questions, and provide support information.
Use the instructions below to set up Drivewyze on your tablet.
Make sure you turn in your PrePass transponder and pick up your new Bestpass transponder from your home terminal by May 23rd. PrePass transponders will be deactivated after this date.

I updated my tablet and it started working....I guess
Can We download on the personal phone an make to work there ?
I downloaded the app Monday. I have had absolutely no issues with it.
Telling me I have to pay after the first 30 day I’m not paying we need better info on logging in info because what we got isn’t enough
Why is it asking for a credit card to use the weigh station bypass feature
