NEW Knight University Coming July 1st!

We’re excited to announce that Knight University is moving to a new, modern platform designed to enhance your learning experience and help you stay successful and safe in your role.


What's Changing?

Starting July 1st, 2025, you’ll access the new Knight University via the left menu on KT Mobile.

You’ll receive an email from notifications@knightu-swift.bridgeapp.com on July 1st inviting you to join the new Knight University. It provides your Login ID, and you just need to click the “Set a password” button in the email and create your password. This password is temporary—Single Sign-On (SSO) will be enabled later. Once SSO is set up, you won’t need a separate password for Knight University, and we’ll notify you when that goes live.


Why This Matters?

The upgraded Knight University offers:

  • Improved content and interactivity.

  • Mandatory safety and compliance training to earn your monthly safety bonus – our goal is to help you succeed safely.

  • Optional professional development courses—free to you.

  • Automated email notifications when training is assigned to you, and reminders if anything is overdue. Leaders will also be notified to help keep everyone on track.


Important: Complete In-Progress Training

If you’ve already started training on the current platform, please complete it before June 30th to avoid losing your progress. Incomplete modules will not carry over to the new system.

No response unfortunately, this was posted almost 20 days ago . Anything that requires investigation and or “ work” , from office personel will not happen and or they will play the game of putting responsibility on other departments. Good post though 100 percent agree

I imagine this is an improvement. However, it worked the way it was. Quit fixing things that work & focus on the things that don’t. Should invest time, money & energy in the following...Update terminal/drop yard app. (Reflects closed terminals (Rancho)& doesn’t reflect current drop yards (Lodi) confident there is more! Freight Box find empty…(unfortunately, drivers are half the problem not doing their macros so other drivers can find an empty. Don’t know how to fix that). If possible? It would be nice if the following could be fixed. Should not reflect empties that are not available at customers that won’t/don’t release. Customer operation hours (no need to go to a customer that is closed on the weekends to get…
