Drivers,

We're proud to share the Marcia Luchenbill, out of our El Paso Terminal, has been named the 2026 TCA Professional Driver of the Year by the Truckload Carriers Association.

This is one of the highest honors in the trucking industry - and while Marcia's name is on the award, she would be the first to say it represents all of you.

Marcia is a combat veteran, military spouse, mom, and a professional driver who has built her entire trucking career at Knight Transportation. She's also an advocate for PTSD awareness and a regular participant in Wreaths Across America.

When she found out she had won, her reaction said everything: "This isn't just for. me - it's for all of the drivers out there."

And she meant it.

We know the long days.

We know the miles.

We know the sacrifice.

There are many drivers across Knight who are just as deserving of national recognition. This award shines a spotlight on the professionalism, safety, and dedication that drivers across our entire fleet demonstrate every single day.

Please take a few minutes to watch Marcia's story. It's a powerful reminder that what you do matters - to this company, to the industry, and to the country.

Congratulations, Marcia - and thank you to every driver who represents Knight with pride every day!
