Upcoming Documentum Outage: August 28-30

Please be advised that Application Xtender/Documentum will be unavailable from Friday, August 28, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. MST through Sunday, August 30, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. MST due to a scheduled system upgrade.

No action is required from drivers. The outage will not impact drivers' ability to scan paperwork. However, it will affect access to pay statements. Drivers will not be able to view their pay statements until the outage is complete. 🚨

We appreciate your patience as we complete these enhancements to improve system performance and reliability.
