What is the Security Operations Center (SOC)?
The Security Operations Center is ran by Knight-Swift and is a 24-hour operations center designed to triage and direct our security and investigative resources to critical issues. The following are examples of when SOC should be contacted.
Cargo Theft - break-in of trailer or full load theft
Stolen Equipment - Truck or trailer missing
Break-in of builidngs, shops, or other facilities to include any theft from property
Fraud-related Theft - Fuel, lumper, receipt and advances
Assaults - Physical with weapon or injury or which may include police involvement
Arrests and Warrants - anything which includes law enforcement
